![]() The transition using the Arizona Vortex was beautiful and worked perfectly. The litter evacuation is a 5th class litter raise. 50′ drop with severe head trauma, broke pelvis and internal injuries. We hadn’t intended (originally) to spend a ton of time on the patient packaging, but as we began to compare notes… how could we not. The systems in place here are primarily using a artificial high directional (here the Arizona Vortex) and an AZTEK mechanical advantage systems (5:1).
